The ultimate accolade being Master Tech\u0002level, which can take up to five years of continual training to achieve. That\u2019s an unrivalled level of experience you can count on.<\/p>\n

Technology doesn\u2019t stand still. Nor does H-D technician knowledge or their servicing equipment. Monthly H-D University training is mandatory for all workshop staff. And did you know, only official Harley dealerships have access to latest model and systems training, newest H-D diagnostic systems and specialised tools?<\/p>\n
